The company boasts a wide range of specialized machining equipment for harmonic drive components, including: Swiss-imported gear hobbing machines, Japanese-imported gear hobbing machines, special-shaped grinders, gear shaper machines, high-speed horizontal CNC gear hobs, vertical machining centers, high-precision universal cylindrical grinders, honing machines, automatic gear coating applicators, and both internal and external gear oilers—equipment that significantly enhances production efficiency and product quality.
The company is equipped with a comprehensive range of test benches specifically designed for harmonic applications: including a harmonic comprehensive life-testing system, programmable constant temperature and humidity testing machine, gearbox performance test bench, an improved harmonic reducer no-load transmission chain error measurement device, a gearbox transmission chain measurement instrument, and a gear measuring center—each of which provides robust support to ensure product quality and performance.

The company currently holds 5 invention patents and has accumulated extensive experience in the design, optimization, and manufacturing of harmonic reducers.
